No. These homes are free of monthly strata fees. Owners are responsible for their standard household utilities, such as hydro/electricity, water, sewer, insurance, and other typical household services. Shared common property expenses are split equally.

Each home offers a two-car garage, with outdoor room for two additional vehicles. EV charging capabilities are roughed in.

No. Ownership functions very similarly to fee simple ownership, meaning there are no pet restrictions.
